Default Today At The Gym: Hiit w/ Swings & Sprints on Jacob's Ladder

35 kettlebell swings
1 minute active rest
30 second sprint
1 minute active rest
Repeat 3 more times.
Then two 30/60 cycles for a total of 10 rounds.

The following routine 5x:

6 butt drops w/ pushup
6 spider crawl w/ pushup (lead right)
6 prone straight arm rotation w/ pushup
6 spider crawl w/ pushup (lead left)
90 seconds rest
